Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai
Our representative will meet you in the International Airport Mumbai and transfer you to the Hotel in Mumbai, the commercial and fashion hub of the whole country. It is also the thriving home to Bollywood film industry.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Mumbai
Embark on a sightseeing tour of Mumbai after breakfast. Set out to the Elephanta Caves by a motor launch from the Gateway of India. Located in an island in the Arabian Sea, the rock cut caves date back to 7th century and have been declared a world heritage.
In the evening visit the Prince of Wales Museum and the Hanging Gardens, also referred to as the Ferozeshah Mehta Garden, the Victoria Terminus, the Mahalaxmi Temple are also worth a visit. Shopping is a good idea to spend the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Mumbai – Aurangabad (By Flight)
Take the morning flight to Aurangabad from Mumbai Domestic Airport. Our representative meets you on arrival at Aurangabad.
Pay a visit to the Ellora caves in the afternoon. Loacted 30 kilometers from the North West of the city, these caves, dating back to 350 A.D to 700. A.D., are declared as a World Heritage site. There are 12 caves which are dedicated to Buddhism, 17 to Hinduism and 5 to Jainism.

Day 04: Aurangabad – Ajanta Caves Excursions.
Morning excursion to the Ajanta caves. The carvings and engravings on the cave-walls depict the story of Buddhism and the Jataka Tales. Dating back to the period between 200 B.C to 650 A.D, the caves were built initially to house the Buddhist monks who taught in the adjoining Chaityas and Viharas.

Day 05: Aurangabad – Delhi (By Flight)
Take a flight to Delhi today. Our Representative will meet you on arrival in the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 06: Delhi
Spend the day touring Old and New Delhi. Delhi is a haven of architectural delights. Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Rajghat – the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi are some of the tourist attractions worth visiting. Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House, India Gate and so on. You may also check out the different bazaars of Delhi for best buys.

Day 07: Delhi – Varanasi (By Flight)
Morning Flight to Varanasi. Our representative will meet you in the Airport. You are taken to the city en route Sarnath. Check in the Hotel in Varanasi.

Day 08: Varanasi
This city is also known as Banaras and is regarded as one of the holiest cities of India. The ghats in Varanasi are frequented by tourists in hundreds. Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, Durga Mandir, Sankat Mochan Mandir Banaras Hindu University, and Tulsi Manas Mandir.

Watch the evening aarti ritual in the bank of the Ganges. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Varanasi – Khajuraho (By Flight)
Today board the flight to Khajuraho. Our representative will meet you in the airport and transfer you to the Hotel in Khajuraho.
Enjoy the Light and Sound show in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Khajuraho
In the morning, make a move towards the group of famous Chandela dynasty temples renowned for their spectacular erotic sculptures and carvings. Dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu, the Western Group of Temples in Khajuraho are the Kandariya Mahadeo temple, the Lakshmana Temple, the Matangesvara Temple and the Varaha Temple.

Day 11: Khajuraho – Orchha – Gwalior
Drive to Gwalior in the morning visiting Orcha en route. Visit Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Laxminarayan Temple and Chhatris (Cenotaphs) in Orcha. Check in to hotel on arrival at Gwalior.
In the evening enjoy the Sound and Light show at Gwalior fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Gwalior – Agra
Embark on a sight seeing tour in Gwalior. Pay a visit to the Gwalior Fort and the Museum, the two most frequented places here. The sandstone constructed Gwalior Fort dominates the whole landscape of the city. It bears testimony to the many historical happenings that took place here like imprisonments, battles and jauhars.
We move towards Agra the same day by Road. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.

Day 13: Agra
Take a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, when it looks amazingly beautiful. This beautiful monument in white marble never fails to enchant a visitor. The Red Fort located a few kilometers away from The Taj is another must see architectural wonder. Itmad-ud-Daula’s Tomb would give you some interesting insight into Mughal architecture.

Day 14: Agra – Jaipur
Drive towards Jaipur in the morning. En route, visit the famous Mughal town of yore of Fatehpur Sikri, Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal.
Check in to the Hotel on arrival at Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 15: Jaipur
Some of the places worth visiting in Jaipur Amber Fort, the City Palace and the Observatory. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 16: Jaipur – Mumbai (By Flight)
Drive from Jaipur to Mumbai. Our representative meets you in the airport and subsequent check in the hotel in Mumbai

Day 17:
Departure from Mumbai
Check out from the hotel and our representative would transfer to International airport.
